Ladies, living by 'the Code' aint such a bad idea

Ladies, instead of fussing and fighting with each other over a man, why not learn a few tips from our brothers and embrace some sisterly love?  They say if we can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em, might not be such a bad idea.  A brother goes by certain codes, namely: he will not choose a girl over his buddy, date a chic his friend already dated (unless the neither isn’t really feeling her), and no backstabbing his friend to sleep with a girl (no girl is worth more than their loyalty and friendship).

On the other hand, sisters give all the power to men then ponder why they take us for granted.  We make it so easy for them to view us as disposable and useless lil darlings while they feel invincible, bold and display very little remorse for their actions.  It’s no surprise that a sister will undermine and disrespect another woman’s marriage in hopes of someday marrying that same guy but who is she fooling? How pathetic and heart-rending it is also to backstab your best-friend and sleep with her husband?  Sisters also make it so easy to choose a guy over her girl through desperation and indifference.  Now, what would drive you to give up a solid, genuine friendship of a lifetime for some spare time on a brother’s d!@$?

It’s time to wake up ladies, this here aint no joke.  Men will not know their place and learn to value us if we are not practicing it amongst ourselves.  Did y’all know that boys learn to bond and toughen up by playing the “yo’ mama…….” battling game?  I’m sure you do know what I’m talking about; they battle and try to out-do the other with the most demeaning words and the loser will be teased in the end.  Sounds very trivial right?  Yes indeed but something so trivial yet so crucial indicate two things about men that most women lack, value and respect.  For all the sisters on lockdown, self-respect outweighs dependency every time and a man will place more value in you and the relationship when you have a mind of your own, and focused on pursuing your own dreams and aspirations.

As for the single ladies, you are the prize so no need to pre-open the package and share the cookie to gain staying power.  Know your worth and also realize that respect is earned.
